Anderson Construction & Excavation Inc. is looking to hire a full-time construction site foreman.

Requirements & responsibilities consist of :

• Be punctual, reliable, and have an excellent work ethic.
• Experience of construction site work grading, utility, sewer, and drainage installation.
• Experience with reading a set of plans, setting grades, running a project and crew on your own.
• Assign workers to tasks, explain the work, and supervise the execution of the work. Monitor work performance and productivity of crew members to ensure customer specifications, procedures, safety requirements, etc. are maintained.
• Complete & maintain accurate time sheets and daily reports.
• Experience operating a variety of equipment such as Front End Loaders, Backhoes, Skid Steers, Excavators, Dozers, Graders, etc.
• Tolerate all outside working conditions and be willing to get out of the machine to do what it takes to get the job done.
• Take care of the machines with daily greasing and fueling.
• Minimum 3 years experience in building construction trades, knowledge of placing underground conduit, manholes, rodding and roping conduit. Knowledge of placing asphalt properly and raising frames and covers to road grade.

Licenses required for a construction foreman

▪ OSHA 10 card

▪ Valid Driver’s License

▪ Valid Hoisting License
